If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue resolution through the courts identified in Section 19, or, where mutually agreed, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Kerala.
